I have an electronic Andis hair clipper and I cant survive without it. I am taking a flight from ATL to Newark Sunday and just wanted to know.

you should be fine as long as its not in your carry on…just put it in your luggage.

Crate training a 5 month old Lab/Dalmation Mix?

I have been trying steadly to crate train my 5 month old Lab/Dalmation mix and am having alot of problems. I bought the kennel with the divider which I have moved as she has grown but she still soils in the kennel. She is also super hyper and have begun building her a safe area in the back so she can run around. I bought her to keep my little girls both under 3, but am unable to have the puppy around them because the puppy likes to jump and I am afraid she is going to hurt them by accident. I really don’t know what to do? I have thought about finding her a better home but at the same time she is part of our family. In the same instance I have also been thinking about getting a smaller animal as maybe her companion of sorts. I don’t know if anyone has any suggestions for me i’d really appreciate it.
I had been suggested to use a training collar to try and get her to understand basic commands and maybe make her less hyper. What do you all think?

Dalmatians are a bit hyper so maybe that’s where her behavior is coming from. If you really can’t take it, you should rehome it.

1. Your kids are too little to be left unsupervised with the puppy.
2. A dog will soil its crate if it is too big. Shrink it up with the divider, as long as the dog has room to lie down in.
3. Let the pup go out after eating, and once an hour while crated. Take up the water a couple hours before bedtime. Put the crate in your room overnight so you can take the dog to go pee when it cries.
