I think Hong Kong has the largest number of beautiful girls in the world. Is this the weather, or the culture that produces so many beauties?

I dont think so. I think you are bias. I have known several girls from Hong Kong and they were of average beauty. But all of them thought they were beautiful. I think they were conceited.
There is a lot of countries with beautiful women. I have visited several countries and at the moment I can not say one country has the monopoly on beautiful women.
