Is there a way to keep a cat off furniture?
We recently bought new furniture, and had to move back into our old house.
My brother had stayed there and bought a cat.
Now the cat won’t get off the couch and I’m afraid it’ll claw and ruin it.
Any ideas?

There are a couple of approaches that use alarms, and I have posted a link to several. The Scram mat is particularly effective.
