i bought a PetSafe Innotek® BC-200 Rechargeable Dog Bark Control Shock Collar and i cant get the grey plug in?
i bought this think and have charged it long enough. There is a Grey plug i am supposed to plug it were i charge it but it wont fit.
I would take it back to the store and tell them the problem, and they’ll probably let you exchange it. Also, don’t let anyone tell you shock collars are cruel. I had to use one a couple times, and it worked great. I have one dog that’s stubborn. All of my other dogs I trained to not bark, but this one is a booger. Anyway, he responded well to squirt guns, and we had no problems. Then my husband’s nephew stayed with us a couple months, and the barking started back up, and squirt guns didn’t work. So we got a shock collar, and the next day I had a much better dog.

For example if I connect my laptop using the power adapter, and put my fingers on any of the USB ports, I get an unsettling electric shock, enough to make me yelp!. But when I disconnect the laptop and allow it to run on battery I dont get the shock.
The same goes for the TV, DVD player, fridge etc. I know that it may be something to do with the earthing/grounding of the mains power supply, but I dont know where to start looking, and how to get around fixing this.
The person from the electrical department could not give much help. I also got in touch with a local electrician who could not pinpont the problem.
Im in fix, and worried that all my home appliances may get damaged over a period of time.
it was probably due to incorrect earthing,reversal of live & neutral connections with switching points.checkout for the correct connecting of phase & neutral at main board incoming,and follow up to the user points for proper switching.checkout also for any intermittent contact in concealed wiring.Individually check all the electrical equipments that were connected for any high induction which may be the cause,in turn will solve mostly your problems.
