ugg!! the couch?

I hate my couch. i guess you could say we have a love/hate relationshi[p. it is all comfy and snuggly during the day and evening, but with fibromyalgia it is the devil. I ask my fiance to please wake me up before he goes to sleep. now im thinking this is a load of crap-im a very light sleeper. so i guess i will have to come up with ways to get myelf to bed. the couch does nothing beneficial, it kills my back and its imposible to roll over which i must do in the night so i can at least have the same amount of pain in the morning. by sleeping on the couch it kills my left leg and i spend a half hour trying to rub it out. i need suggestions on getting myself to bed since i cant rely on others

did i ever once say anything about it being my fiances fualt? it my fault i am aware of that.

I am confused here, what is the question? Why do you rely on others to get you to bed? You’re an adult (I’m assuming). If you feel sleepy then go to your bed! It’s definitely not the couch’s fault or your fiance’s fault!

Where can i buy a cheap large dog bed?

My Dog needs a new bed, her current bed is about 70cm x 100cm (WxL) but even that is too small and she ideally needs a new one that is about 100cm x 150cm. I’ve tried looking on the internet for a new one but they are either really small and flat and they cost around £50. The maximum i am willing to pay is £20.
